UPDATE 23 AUG 2018
REMEMBER little Twinkle (was Molly), who arrived on 16th August, flea ridden, skinny, dehydrated and with sparse fur and sore skin?
JUST LOOK at her now!
One week, many meals, and lots of walks and playtimes/cuddle times later, Twinkle has put on 1kg in weight, got rid of her unwanted little visitors, and is growing a healthy new fur coat! Her stamina is increasing, she can play and run for longer, and is starting to build muscle on her shoulders and flanks.
Above all-she is happy!
Twinkle will need patient, understanding owners to help rehabilitate her in the home environment.

UPDATE 19 AUG 2018
MOLLY (now Twinkle), enjoying a walk. So many new sights, sounds and smells to get used to.
Molly doesn’t react to the name ‘Molly’, nor did she like ‘Millie’, however when we called ‘Twinkle’, she responded and seemed happy.
We think its appropriate, too-she is, after all, a ‘little star!’

THIS IS MOLLY.
Life has not been kind to Molly.
Today Molly came to K9 Crusaders. Thirsty and hungry, she now has water, food and a very comfy bed.
She craves attention, and has been cuddled and fussed and told she is beautiful, and loved-many times over.
She has been to see the vet, and had an injection to stop her sore skin irritating her. She has had Advocate applied to rid her of her flea infestation, and will be having treatment to rid her of worms.
Her long claws have been clipped so she doesn’t have to stand and walk on her heels, causing strain on her tendons.
Tomorrow Molly will be able to spend time in our fields, doing what she fancies doing. She will go for a walk round our lanes if she likes. She will be fed, watered, cuddled, loved and given whatever care she requires, until such time as someone else falls in love with her, and takes her home.
