31/10/16 UPDATE: Max has been visited by our vet and he has remarked on how well Max is getting on and adapting to life in the kennels. His tail, which was bald due to stress biting, is fully healed and bushy, and he is relaxed and friendly with everyone he meets. He is a very handsome lad who would make a perfect addition to any household.

INFO: Max is a very handsome boy who would love a home where he can have the stability and routine which he has been lacking in his early life. He will need consistent training and lots of reassurance to begin with but will make a wonderful addition to any family.
He would need to be the only dog, and is not tested with cats. Max would certainly need older children as he is very boisterous and while there is no aggression, may well knock over younger children.
Max loves exercise, but has spent a lot of his early life in a flat so has no recall, and would therefore need to be on a lead unless in a secure area until he has learned to come back. He seems a very intelligent chap and would love to have some training, whether formal classes, or just learning some new tricks at home.
